FLORIDA: 'I saw bugs bunny saw it off and give it a push towards cuba...'
Last night someone mentioned this scene from a bugs bunny cartoon, probably 50's. Anybody know which one it is? Some random googles mention it, but no episode:

Problem solution: "The only option at this point is to take a giant saw, and cut off Florida from the rest of the untied snakes of generica. It should float away freely after that. (I saw this done once by Bugs Bunny, so I'm fairly confident it will work.)"

"As a native Floridian, I'm a little worried. I remember one time on a Bugs Bunny cartoon old Bugs just took a saw and sawed off Florida from the rest of the continent. If this run of bad luck keeps going for my state, I think someone might actually try that."

1. It's The One Where He Declares War
Because there was only a 2-cent bounty on rabbits. So he cut off Florida, gave Manhattan back to the Indians, stole the locks out of the Panama Canal......
