I think I’ll go for a walk outside now, the summer sun’s calling my name
I hear you now-
I just can’t stay inside all day, I gotta get out, get me some of those rays!
Everybody’s smiling (sunshine day)
Everybody’s laughing (sunshine day)
Everybody seems so happy today-
It’s a sunshine day.

I think I’ll go for a walk outside now, the summer sun knows me by name
He’s a calling me-
I gotta get up, gotta get out, gotta get away. I gotta get away, get away, get away, get away-
Into the sunshine

(day, day) Can’t you dig the sunshine-
(day, day) Mouth and sun are the same-
(ooh, ooh) Can’t you hear it calling your name?

Well, I think I’ll take a walk everyday now, the summer sun’ll show me the way-

to be happy now.
I just can’t stay inside all day,
I gotta get out, get me some of those rays.
Everybody’s smiling (sunshine day)
Everybody’s laughing (sunshine day)
Everybody seems so happy today-
It’s a sunshine day.

(day, day) Can’t you dig the sunshine-
(day, day) Mouth and sun are the same-
(ooh, ooh) can’t you hear it calling your name?

I think I’ll go for a walk outside now, the summer sun’s calling my name
I hear you now-
I just can’t stay inside all day, I gotta get out, get me some of those rays!
Everybody’s smiling (sunshine day)
Everybody’s laughing (sunshine day)
Everybody seems so happy today-
It’s a sunshine day.

I LOVE THIS SONG!!!! I can't wait til summer.

13. I was a Brady watcher when it was a cool show -- I was just a little kid.
Every Friday night, 8:00 PM, channel 7. Followed by The Partridge Family, Room 222, The Odd Couple, and Love, American Style.

In fact, I'll tell let you in on little secret: I'm a lesbian because of The Brady Bunch.

14. how so?
you have a crush on Marcia, or did Greg and his white belt scare you off men? Or maybe it was daddy Brady with his perm that did it.

15. None of the above. It's because the power went out during one of the
"Hawaii" episodes. When Greg was on the surfboard, and Jan & Marcia were jumping up and down, screaming at him. Back & forth between the two shots-- then the power went out, and the girls on the screen was seared into my mind.

That's why I'm a lesbian.

Note for lurking freepers: this is a joke, and I was about eight years old at the time, so if you have a shred of integrity, you won't twist -- WTF am I saying? Of course you'll twist it out of reality! That's all you troll for on DU -- stuff to pervert, then to use to advance your own bogus agenda! Oh, well.

8. Nuh uh.
My sister loved it... she forced me. She insisted it was funny and made me watch, thinking I'd enjoy it. She was so wrong.

10. "made you watched"...
did she tie you to a chair and "made you watched"? Come on you had the hots for Marcia, Marcia Marcia!! While I had the hots for Mr. Brady--only later to find he was indeed gay in real life. By then he was too old for my taste--aaaaahhhh!
