Avatar Help, please...

I would like to use this image as my avatar, but the DU server won't accept it 'cuz it's too large a file.

Can someone condense it for me? I can't seem to make it happen.

When I tried to upload it, I got the FAILED message and the explainition that the file was too large...

Oh well, it looks kinda grainy...

and at the top of that Forum is a link about adding your own avatar. Good luck! Took me hours to get one on.
