3. Feather Bed
It has worked for many of my family members who suffer from deteriorating disks. Only natural fibres and duck/goose down will work.

Comfy, too! :hi:

4. Massage & Chriopractor - ThermaWraps.
a dr. would give you some muscle relaxers -

Stretch exercises, heat -those ThermaWraps are awesome - get some extra tape to secure them on your skin. FlexCare (I think is the name of the tape) I use the smaller neck one's for my back, because the back sizes are too big for me. Really relaxes those muscles.

8. Robo moves, no side to side or diagonal movement.
No twist motions. The disc gets bumped a little bit out of line and hits a nerve causing - well you know.
Lots of advil and a muscle relaxant, coupled with robo moves, is what made it stop for me. Took a few days. Childbirth was nothing compared, you have my heartfelt compassion.
Does the pain shoot up or down?

12. You have all my sympathy
I survived back spasms, major attacks twice now, with several tremors that seem to come out of the blue.
Muscle relaxants 800 mg ibuprofen long hot hot and hotter soaks in the tub and sleep put me back to nermal.

13. I feel your pain
I have been unable to move normally for quite some time now. I actually have some mobility back today...the knots in my shoulder blades and at the base of my neck are finally giving me a break.

Heating pad, alternating with ice pack...nice hot shower (or soak in the tub, if you can manage getting in and out OK...drink lots of water. My massage therapist hands me a bottle of water when he's done with me. There's something that crystallizes in your muscles when they knot up. Massage loosens it up, but you have to drink a ton of water to flush it out. Oh, and it you're not opposed, wacky tabbacky!
