My last airplane:

Boeing 747-200 freighter

Some stuff I hauled:
Tuna, lobster, sea urchins, oysters, clams. Almost every kind of seafood imaginable.
Strawberries. A whole planeload. After 3 or 4 hours the odor of strawberries is nauseating.
Cars. High end types like Ferraris, Porsches, Rolls, Mercedes.
Helicopters. Fully assembled, not in crates.
Jet engines.
Thoroughbred mares in foal. Horses must be born in Japan in order to race there, so...the breeders send a load of pregnant mares to drop the foals there and then everybody comes back to Kentucky or wherever.
Pregnant Holsteins. Somebody starting a dairy herd near Yokohama.
Ferrets. I never did learn what they do with them.
Baby chicks from a big breeder in Connecticut. 8-10 hours of "CHEEP CHEEP CHEEP CHEEP". I don't think baby chicks ever sleep.
Camels, zebras, llamas for Siegfried & Roy's Far East Tour. I fed them carrots. For some reason the cats can't travel by air. They took the boat.
Gold bars. Pallets of them. Accompanied by very heavily armed guards. Yeah...if I could just have figured a way.
55 gallon barrels of various toxic chemicals. I figured if we crashed on takeoff out of JFK they would have had to evacuate most of Long Island.

Ah memories.

7. I wanted to be an engineer.
Had a great aunt who worked for Southern Railway.
She'd get us passes and we'd go on day trips, out and back.
I'd get a tour of the whole train from the conductor and actually got to sit on the engineer's lap and "drive".

6. 1999, a couple of years before mandatory.
Just got tired of the commute between Pensacola and New York.
