Blues fans, "The Blues" on PBS tonight

Premieres tonight. Just in case you didn't know about it (I just learned of it yesterday!) . . . .

1. Yup. And tonight's 'episode' is the one directed by Scorcese.

I've been waiting for this show for a long time.

BTW, there was an article about the series in the NY Times this past week.

Does anybody know if this is pledge time? (I hope not, but it usually is when something this good is on.)

I posted something on this months ago. Can't wait to see the first installment. I got some of the companion CD's already and they have made some excellent selections as to artists and songs to highlight.
