OMG, this ham smells sooooooooooooooo good!

In addition to the obligatory cabbage, black beans and rice, we're baking a ham we got from a local Amish farmer; it's the real McCoy, too--- bone in, sugar-cured. It smells sooooooooo good, I'm not sure I can wait until it's done. *drool*

We're having cabbage, turnip, julienne potatoes, boiled spuds and the ubiquitous green bean casserole.

Got my ham from the local butcher, spiral sliced, bone-in and sugar-cured as well.

Can't wait to dig in!!!
