Poll question: Rate Clark as the 2008 nominee
On a scale of 0 to 9 (being the best)

This is not about others... just him

1. CLARK!
WESLEY CLARK IN 2008!

Kerry wasn't alpha male and Dems are not perceived in those terms any longer. We need Clark... for a number of reasons.

5. HELL NO.
Never. He's never going to be President or even win in the primaries, get it through your head Clarkies of DU!!!

In 2008 he'll have Hillary, possibly Mark Warner & Evan Bayh to contend with, pssh, best of luck Clark, but don't hold your breath. Just fade gracefully into the sunset of your life, write some books, get invited on some talk shows, maybe get a secretary position or something like that.

6. Hillary and Bayh...
...two more Dem Senators who will LOSE the Presidency again for the Dems. NO MORE SENATORS for POTUS!!! It's too easy to destroy them on their voting records with an electorate who cannot and will not understand how bills can be voted both "for" and "against" on Capitol Hill.

Get it through your heads DNC...You will LOSE AGAIN with yet another "liberal" Senator.

7. HA! you think Clark has a chance of winning?
Who does he excite? Oh yea, that's right, only a handful of loud pushy supporters on DU :eyes:

8. You know, I hadn't mentioned Clark, had I?
But now that YOU bring it up, he would make a much better President than ANY of the people you mention. They will all lose with the possible exception of Warner.

Am I loud and pushy? Maybe, but you are certainly the one who started the push.

Get a grip.

12. Also depends on whether he even wants to do it.
I wouldn't be surprised if he chose not to.
