1. CBS Fine

CBS has been fined something like $550K for this incident. My personal thoughts on the matter are that unless CBS knew in advance what was going to happen then Janet and Justin should pay the fine.

Would the FCC post-boobiegate have gone after Howard like they did turning him into a fullfledged Bush hating machine?

Which brings up another question....did any exit polls ask if the people were Howard listeners? I would be interested i his impact.
