I Love Cheeseburgers!

The only thing standing between me and vegetarianism is a good cheeseburger. I like 'em greasy, with grilled onion and gooey cheese, bun heated--sesame seeds optional. Homemade--not fast food style. Can my passion for this exalted cheeseburger be overcome? I think not. What think you?

One of the best cheeseburgers I ever had was at a bar on Chicago's South Side. Served with French bread instead of your standard bun. Heated. Gooey. Yummy.

13. For me it was chorizo, believe it or not...

It was the one thing I thought I wouldn't be able to live without if I became a vegetarian.

I went 5 years without meat before they invented "soyrizo", and now I have the chorizo wihout the intestines! Woo hoooo!!!

Try Boca Burgers, they taste a lot like beef, but, you're right, you'll never get the juciy/fleshy consistency of burger (or other rareish steaks) with fake versions. But you can always add 100 lbs of cheese and grilled onions!
