GW is evil too, but he is also stupid which somewhat dilutes his evilness.

That two-faced, bastard aristocrat always thought he was born to rule the U.S. He never quite got over losing to Clinton (with Perot's help) in 1992. So he directed his demon-spawn George and Jeb to position themselves to avenge him. I think he was actually counting on Jeb to be first to the Oval Office, but hey, George turned out to be quite a pleasant suprise, right?
