I'm poll watching later and I have a sinus headache
If I hold my head just right, it's OK, but if I cough, it's like someone driving an ice pick up my nose into my brain. I'm hoping the combination of holding my head at an angle and the max dose of Advil will get me through the day.

1. Try this.
Massage your toes, all of them, at the base, where they meet the ball of the foot. Press inward and down. Hard. Foot reflexology. It works, for some strange reason. Your sinuses may very well start running.

Also, massage the "huku point" on your hand. It's in the web, between your thumb and the index finger, in the muscle. Press firmly and massage in a circular motion. Both hands.

2. Ummm....Ow!
Yes, I press hard on that thumb web and all other pain becomes meaningless! Actually, it did help a little. Thanks. I'll rub my toes when I see a bunch of Republicans approaching.

3. Fellow sufferer
I know the huku point works really well on sinus pain. If you can get it, try the tylenol for sinus. For me, anyway, it works better than advil.

4. Tips
Excedrin for anything above the neck, Aleve for everything below the neck. If you don't care what you look like those "Breathe Right" strips that you stick on your nose work wonderfully at relieving the pressure.

Hope whatever you do helps and you feel better soon :)
