Her kidneys went. I took her in this afternoon and had her blood work run because she seemed to be sick to me.

After 18 years of being my best friend I am gonna miss her so much.

When my family and I lost our Siamese (I seem to remember Mariko being a Siamese - no sig lines now) we were crushed. She was very old and had been sick for quite a while. She was a devoted cat, and I miss her. Maybe Pywachet and Mariko are in pet Nirvana singing that "We are Siamese" song from 101 Dalmatians now.

I know that you'll never replace Mariko, but at least you have a stable of loving kitties to console the grief.
