Please do not use cell phones when with doctors and nurses.

This is a sign I recently saw in a doctors office.

I try to grab every minute I can with the doctor, they are in and out of there so fast that I always forget to ask something. It is so crazy that this has become such a problem that they have found it necessary to posts signs asking people to just not use their phones for a few minutes.

1. my phone rang

in the dentist chair last night.
The number is work only....and I am the only network person...
So after getting cleaned I went back to work

2. They also interfere with some of the equipment in the office

This is why they yelled at me for calling my friend when I was in the emergency room. :cry:

3. And certainly turn them off in an Emergency Room type of setting.

If it rings it could be mistaken for one of their equipment alarms. And you don't want to know what the 15 medical professionals are thinking when they come running up to where you are standing ever so nonchalantly.
