Italian better than Smoked, but that one is okay, as well.

Italian Sausage and peppers and onions for dinner...

1. Yeah, they are. Tried them last month.
Last month's Cooking Light had a vegetarian lasagna recipe-called for those Italian sausages. I made it for my lunch that week, and I gotta say, it was a darn good lasagna recipe, high in calcium also. Added spinach to the filling recipe.

I used whole wheat lasagna noodles, finally found them at Whole Foods, as usual.

2 thumbs up.

3. that's cool
I don't like Boca Burgers though.

or any of the veggie burgers I have tried.

I used to work at a restaurant that had a recipe for ones with peanut butter and oats, that I loved, but I left without the recipe.

5. There is a Morningstar Farms product (I think)
called Chick'n. Tastes good on rolls with ketchup.

8. Dang, is no food sacred?
I'm not vegetarian so that was my first foray w/the Boca stuff. I've never tried Morningside, will give them a look.

18. The tan boxed boca stuff is non-gmo
the red boxed stuff is not. (Last time I checked.)

Tofurkey sausages are really good. I haven't had the boca ones because they have egg in them. LeftyDad likes them, though.

Barely passable as a food stuff. Not too bad with a lot of garlic seasoning, and some Kerry ketsup!!!!
