Need advice re: my "activist judge" Halloween costume
OK all --

I'm dressing as an "activist judge" for Halloween. I have the robe and gavel. What should I do to make it apparent I'm an activist judge? Hope some creative DUers can lend me a hand. :-)

1. I'd suggest a copy of the Constitution..
some white out, and a sharpie marker. So that you could "legislate from the bench."

2. That's an awful lot to carry
and hard to make apparent while partying. ;-)

Or maybe I should just put racing stripes on my sleeves and go as Bill Rehnquist? Only problem is that I'm 50 years younger than him and have a full head of hair. Heh.

6. I certainly look more like Earl Warren than Thurgood Marshall
Would a "Hello My Name Is... Earl Warren" name tag be too obvious?

5. A big, styrofoam rock with 1-10 in romans on it in a little red wagon.
Judge Roy, activist extraordinaire.... not that they'll admit it.

7. Thought about that too
Judge Roy would be a good one. I even live in GA, right next door to AL.
