I'm just in the mood for the DC5.

2. I can't choose...I totally LOVE the DC5!

For a brief period (in 1965) I thought they were better than the Beatles. I still think they're right up there. Thanks for mentioning them.

;) The audience at the first show I attended was all teenyboppers like me, and during the movie a section started chanting "Dave Clark Five! Dave Clark Five!" They were drowned out by other girls singing "We Love You Beatles (Oh Yes We Do)." Ah, memories.

Not that it is my favorite, I just felt bad for it because it had no votes. It really is a cool tune though. I like many of the DC5 tunes.

11. Bits and Pieces would have been a great Pat Benetar song

during the "Heartbreaker" & "Hit Me with Your Best Shot" phase of her career. Her angryness at that time could have really pulled it off.

BTW that's what song I voted for.

The Dave Clark 5 don't get enough credit IMO. They weren't bad at all.
