I'll focus on one in particular, Shawn Michaels. yawn is voting for scrubbie because he likes scrubbies Moral Platform??????
Is that a riot! scrubbie and moral in the same sentence. I think michaels got knocked on his ass too many times.

BTW: Kudos to Cactus Jack (Mick Foley) for ripping scrubbie on Air America Radio.

1. Michaels is a scumbucket
To quote Honky Tonk, if Michaels were really a Christian, he'd apologize to Bret Hart for screwing him and then lying about it for years. There you have it: lying fake Christians vote for Bush.

I was at Wrestlemania XIX. When Michaels came out some guy shouted "BRING OUT THE CASKET!" I laughed so hard I had tears in my eyes.

5. Honky-tonk's a riot.
I've never seen anybody with the ability to speak his mind and torch bridges the way that guy does. Not to mention he took one of the worst gimmicks ever handed to someone and made it work.

2. Their website
Had a recent article about their Smackdown the Vote campaign visiting the RNC.

The article basically stated that Ivory (a rockin' gal who used to be in GLOW - my childhood fave!) was the only one there not a Republican.

3. Ric Flair is a Republican. Strong Bush supporter.
He was on John McEnroe's show a while back. Enough of Ric Flair goes a long, long, lonnnnnnnnnggggg way. :-)

4. 2000's "Smackdown Your Vote" campaign was totally pro-Bush.
Perhaps in reaction to Dino Lieberman being Gore's running mate and being on the Parent's Television Council. I also think most wrestlers are Repukes for fiscal reasons, since they think that conservative economics help them. Most of these guys have to pay their travel expenses out of pocket; so unless you're a huge-name star, you don't exactly make a mint.

I like Mick Foley. He's intelligent, funny, and did an awesome expose of the PTC in his book "Foley is Good."
