Peter Frampton
The singer and guitarist known for the hits "Show Me the Way," "Do You Feel Like We Do" and "I'm in You" performs at 7:30 p.m. at the Evergreen State Fair in Monroe. Gates at 6 p.m. Tickets: $28 at Ticketmaster. Each ticket includes admission to the fair. Information: www.evergreenfair.org.

This has to be up there with "Puppet Show and Spinal Tap." :D

It's even a step down from the Puyallup Fair later this month, if that's possible.

7. The Western Washington State Fair is in Puyallup
Personally, I wouldn't be caught dead at either of them (both reek of animal waste and foul "food" odors) but at least they get some big name acts.
