did Kilborn say goodbye tonight?
Saw on the news that he's quitting his show. Did he mention that on the show tonight? There's a bit of talk of Conan replacing him, and eventually, Letterman.

5. No way, Jon says he wants to stay where he is.
He has signed a contract till 2008.

What they should do is air the Daily Show after Letterman, there are a few shows that air on more than one network. Both CBS and Comedy Central are owned by Viacom, so it could happen.

7. THATS IT
Daily Show is moving to CBS. To follow Letterman nightly. Think about it. It's a GREAT fit.

6. remember Jon's syndicated late show?
He did it, then a little acting, then the Daily.

On his show, he showed naked butts. Male and female. He was Ahead Of His Time.

8. It would make zero sense for Conan to go to CBS. Same timeslot, worse
leadin. It's clear they're looking for someone to broadcast from LA, and not only do Stuart and Conan have contracts that would conflict, they're staying in NYC.

The people talked about so far are: Amy Sedaris, Jeffrey Ross, Jillian Barberie, and (said by Artie Lange on Stern that he had heard) Norm McDonald.
