1. The district that's represented by Hastert.
I think that's the most conservative district in Illinois.

2. Yorkville?
I was out there a couple of months ago. I think that Mr. Keyes would be very happy out there in Yorkville. Of course, he'd be the only African-American for 50 miles but, at least he'd be with his peeps.

4. But he's black. I don't think they permit them in DuPage
Plus, he has a nice house in maryland, where he will probably stay (the course).

DuPage is slowly acquiring a rainbow demographically speaking.

. . .but, I'd have to say, anybody from this state who votes for that jerkimer, should go to their proctologist and have their head removed.

lost in a sea of rich white people? Nah, they wouldn't stand for it.

Wood Dale. That's Hyde's district. If they can keep voting that asshole in, then Keyes would be a natural.

25. I picked OTHER because I'm betting he says NO to this offer.
Keyes is a lot of things, but he's NOT brain dead.

He knows that quote about carpetbaggers is floating out there (you know--the one he made about Hillary's run in NY...) and he also knows he's gonna get nailed with that EVERY step of the way. I just can't fathom why anyone would step into a race like this one KNOWING they had that kind of baggage.

I'll grant you--Keyes has an ego that far outsizes his intellect, but he's just not THAT stupid.

I'm betting he's gonna decline the offer and the GOP will end up with the Milk Nazi on that ballot simply because he has his literature printed up already. Kinda like the one kid with a pool who ends up the host all the time...

More integrated than when I lived in the city near Addison & Pulaski, that's for sure.

Our little area is quite progressive. Afterall, Jesse Jr. is our Rep.
