amused and that is probably why she is sooooo pissed. I love when people start to confront me to just smile at them. My last response if they get really pissed like that is either "Have a good day" or "Okey Dokey". It is the ultimate piss off, you can almost see them melt down. It also helps me remain non violent because I would rather bust them across the face.
