Hannity and other Freeper icons in PA

Here in the Alabama section of Pennsylvania, between 'Picksburgh' and 'Philly', there is a religious cable channel that continually shows a "scientific" program that explains all the creationist "science", complete with learned guests. It is a hoot.

The set is a studio with a backdrop of book shelves that are obviously painted, and quite pretty poorly done. They even have books that are slanted- leaning on the others. Sitting in front of these, with a table with beakers of kool aid, are the host and the guest of the day, usually explaing how the Grand Canyon was created by the Ark's wake, and other drivel like this. The whole timeline is abot 10,000 years,and has a day where all of the fossils and coal and such were 'created'.

Anyhow, one day, I was demonstrating to my family how to take channels off the TV, and showed them Faux, which has been removed for a long time. Hannity was on, and my wife chirped- Isn't that the crazed Creationist 'geologist'?

They are dead ringers. Now we know where he got his start!?

5. One day, at the local lumberyard,

I saw an older pick up with an "Impeach *" bumper sticker on it. I am sure that the guy wouldn't have been served if they knew the sticker was there. The truck didn't even have any key marks on it. It is really amazing here.

The local paper has a */ Kerry poll, and I am surprised that it is only 62% to 38% (138 votes). I have toyed with the idea of asking to DU it, but probably shouldn't. I imagine you need to be a subscriber to access that far into the site.
