1. The independent Council statute ran out

months ago... There no longer is any provision to start an independant council investigation....

2. don't let that stop you

This is a good thing to send to friends who are annoyed at bush, to get them to take the next step. I dont' think the fact that the statute expired should be any cause for us to stop.

The fact that there were no WMD certainly did't stop bush.

4. There is no legal structure to build an indepenent

council.

Send off all the EMails you want but it would probably be more productive if you don't get dismissed for not knowing something as important as the fact that there is no independent council provision. It has expired....

But hey, comparing the fact that Bush may have lied about WMD to being ignorant on points of law will surely score points at the coffee house but will, I promise you, be dismissed in what ever hall of power you try to enter.....

Remember, Revenge is a dish best served cold isn't just a saying from a Star Trek movie, it's also a parable that says arm yourself with the best weapons before you charge off to engage those who have done you harm....
