What is your favorite healthy snack?
You know you want to eat a yummy for your tummy, but potato chips and such are vile.

What sort of healthy yummies do you like? (yogurt covered raisins? Dried apricots? Heck, I often nibble out of my parrot's treat packet if I'm desperate, the dried papaya is mmm mmm good...)

3. Nuts
but they have to be consumed in moderation. Very healthy oil in nuts, despite being high in calories.

5. Almonds, walnuts, pistachios
Pretty much any kind of nut, except I am not too crazy about macadamias. Yes, they are high in calorie but a little--about an ounce is good for you.
