When will the rain end?
It's been raining off and on for like the past month here in MN. Right now, we're getting pelted with heavy rain, nonstop lightning, and occasional hail. At least we're not in a tornado watch like we were in last night.

God...I miss the sun. :(

2. Unholy Smokes!
As one vampire moniker bearer to another, Lestat, we are to shun the sun and the light it shines! It has been dark gray and rainy the past week here in NW Oregon, land of the pale pink people, in fact last Sunday there were eyewitness reports of a waterspout crossing the Columbia River near here! The thunder and lightning were directly overhead yesterday, it was a perfect day! Made me feel at home...
And after all the rain makes things grow, and the more grown things get the more there is to feed upon!:9

10. Hey...if you were to remember...
In the books Queen of the Damned and Tale of the Body Theif, Lestat can indeed go into the sunlight with his powers from Akasha.

So there! :P

8. well, gotta say...
more than a few sayings in Oregon about the rain...like "You know when it's summer in oregon...the rain is warmer!"

And don't forget...this week is the Rose Festival, the time of the year when Portlanders head for the hills and the hill people head for Portland!

Oh yes I know, old, biased and stupid...I love Portland (and Oregon of course) but I get so tired of this place sometimes! But when I'm away I want to come back and when I come back I think "this is it"?

I'd have such a better outlook towards things if I was happy!

So would I. Usually, the rain doesn't bother me. But ever since I ran into relationship trouble w/ my boyfriend back in Boston, the rain has made me miserable. I never cry, and now the sight of the dark, rain swollen clouds is enough to make me cry. Yes it's damn pathetic....I need sun. Sun keeps me on my feet.
