Who remembers "Gee, Your Hair Smells Teriffic!"
A co-worker just brought some in. Same 70s packaging. I'd love to know where she got it (it was a gift, so she doesn't know either).

Any other cheesy 70s products that are sorely missed?

By the way, you can still buy Quisp.

1. Pretty funny
Probably one of the first products based on an advertising campaign instead of the other way around.

4. I have some
http://www.geeyourhairsmellsterrific.com/

My ex-bf loved it. He lived in Mexico, and couldn't get it there, so he asked me to find out it was avcailable in the states. I found out that Jergens (I think) quit making it years ago, but it was such a hit in the Phillipines that they sold the formula to a company there, and they still make it. It's pricey to ship it in, though. Anyway, I wanted to get some for him before my next visit, and a Phillipino coworker was going home to visit. She got it for me cheap there. Then my bf and I broke up, so I still have it!LOL! I figured I'd keep it and see if I ever hear from him again.

9. Thanks, I'll pass that on to my friend
she just loves the stuff. (I just find it fun and amusing, unlike Quisp, which is a daily requirement).

10. Clairol came out with some retro packaging
about a year ago. A co worker (a different one; you would think we do nothing in this office but talk about shampoo) bought me some for my birthday. I swear it smells better in that goofy bottle.

17. I remember "Body on Tap"
Shampoo that makes you smell like a brewery. I wonder how many kids drank it back in the 70's?

19. Psssssst!
That's the name of an aerosol shampoo, that's right, an AEROSOL SHAMPOO!
You spray it in your hair, then brush it out.
I remember the commercial jingle, too. That's how I know how many 'S'es are in the name.

20. It never worked.
It just made your hair matted and lumpy-looking. Don't ask how I know this.
