My desk sits in a prime area: all visitors to one of the biggest wigs in BC04 have to pass my desk to get to his office. I have Doonesbury strips (like the one w/ the guy shouting "THERE IS NO EVIDENCE OF A LINK BETWEEN SADDAM HUSSEIN AND 9/11! NONE!"), my Dean for America sticker is still up, I have my USA, CA, and gay pride flags high -- right on top of my tower, at the edge of my cube -- a bumper sticker that reads "the Federal Marriage Amendment: Yes, let's write second-class citizenship into the Constitution!" You get the idea. All this and more is in plain sight.

And every single big-money supporter of *'s campaign has to walk by this desk on their way to Bigwig's office. I love it!!

I just got such a look. The Man Himself escorted two wizened fellows by a few minutes ago. One of them was chatting with Bigwig. The other stopped. Dead. When he saw my rainbow flag -- that's what his eyes were on when I looked at him and at that instant he raised his eyes and looked at me.

I should've winked!

I've thought of that, and it's really a great idea, but I can't. Some of my friends who work on this floor are Republicans. :shrug:

or something like that. it was very funny, and very true. anyone conservative who claims the forefathers is just ridiculous. it's harder to be more radically liberal at that time than to disavow the divine right of kings, believe in the rights of man, establish a republic, et al. it's fun to blow people's minds. keep it up. and i think this bumper sticker'll fit well with what you have.
