I'm trying to find a list of elected offices in Dallas, TX. Specifically I want to see who is running unopposed for any seats, and which seats no one is running for at all in 2004. Does anyone know if such a list exists, and if so, where to find it? I did a google search and I can't find anything.

This is a list of elected officials. They also have a list of more local officials. They are non-partisan and extremely helpful regarding questions of elections and who is running in an area.
