1. I doubt it
Since he called troops all over the world already and knowing he will be a target abroad giving his itinerary is a ploy IMO.

5. scott mcclelan on Tuesday (I think) said something
Edited on Thu Dec-25-03 02:02 PM by nu_duer
In response to a "reporter's" question, he said something about having no comment on any potential holiday trips, or something like that, and that he (mcclelan) would be at the WH. What was odd is that that wasn't even the question, if I remember correctly. It was right at the end of the session, as reporters were leaving and sm was leaving the stage. My memory is a little fuzzy on it, but he did mention some potential holiday trip...

I just wrote about the WWE filming some wrestling "event" in Baghdad to be aired tonight. They were there from the 18th thru the 20th, according to the website. Now, this is just wild speculation, but you don't think that * was there for the smackdown show, do ya? Wouldn't that be a little tacky or something. A fake prez watching fake wrestling. rove is smarter than that, isn't he? Has * been seen on the 18th, 19th, or 20th?

6. No, but they didn't want Blair to visit his troops during Christmas
because it would upstage the *turkey's earlier hit and run visit.

8. Are the millions spent on Orange Alert
simply to give Bush plausible excuse in NOT going to Iraq?

Afterall, you don't think POTUS can possibly leave the US at a time of crisis?

Cynical I know, but this Admin has virtually no morals or credibility anymore...

16. uh.....
a) the alert costs more like a BILLION a day
b) as usual, when the country is in crisis and a fund raiser cannot be scheduled, the POS is on vacation.

10. There were a few letters in Stripes complaining of *'s photo-oping
w/the troops. Maybe he got a clue, that he should either lead or get out of the way?

Third letter from the top: "medical data"

Second letter from the top: "Thanksgiving visit"

Last letter: "Bush visit disrupted dining"

11. They ran out of rubber turkeys?
BTW, "Thanksgiving visit" and "Bush visit disrupted dining" must have been too hot to handle. They're gone.

Replaced by several "volunteers for the military knew what they were getting into, and they're not patriotic if they complain" letters.

Disturbing about medical commanders not able to check on hospitals because of Bush visit. They must be terrorists in mufti.

12. Try again
I found the letters just fine. You might try the links again. If they were gone, they're back now.
