How to beat Bush
who here will join with me to contact their local dem headquarters and work to register people in their cities and counties to vote?

who here will join with me to put together information to people to read...a one page list of "The truth about George" for people to read when you go door to door to register voters?

the plain and simple fact is that throughout voting history, when large numbers of Americans vote, the dems win.

when Americans get facts, rather than Fox spin, they will not want to vote for Bush.

as has been mentioned before, we need to organize with groups in cities across the nation which have experienced repuke poll challengers to monitor their actions and to protect others' right to vote.

this is probably the most important thing that any of us can do at this time, and we need to make the contacts and efforts to do it now.

any takers?

2. you can work with the college dems and the local dem
headquarters.

students can and should vote absentee. you could explain this, and work with the college dems to have a date for students to obtain ballots.

also, students have the mobility, lots of times, that others don't, to do things like serve as poll watchers.

why don't you do some shows about intimidation at the polls in the last two elections by the repukes?

there are also copies, on line, of some of the lies the repukes used, in the form of handouts to try to turn people away from the voting booths.

these things can and should make people angry enough to help others keep their right to vote!

you can also interview Greg Palast about the Florida voter issue in 2000.

just some thoughts..
