In honor of Joe Lieberman, I've donated to Clark
I just gave the Good General $35, topping up the growing sum he's gotten from me.

It's a good balm from the usual caca, such as:

- Lieberman assailing Clark's integrity
- The media blackout on Clark, and the media coronation before a single primary vote is cast
- The Bushies denying Clark's testimony against Milosevic be allowed to be public. Like slapping a soldier.
- The usual haters calling Clark a war criminal, etc
- The extraordinary DU conspiracy theorists finding ill in Clark mentioning--get this--the Homestead Act! Unfrigging-believable. (Those UFOlogy degrees come in handy...)
- Ted Koppel

Give a few bucks here: http://campaign.forclark.com/

Help get a few candles on that birthday cake lit.

4. Contributions are always great
but if specifically want a contribution to count against the birthday cake, which is an informal, blog-community only fundraiser, not a general fundraiser then you need to donate through this link:

A nice email thanking him for being a Clark recruiter! HA! But its true! His comments recruited me into giving the General some cold hard cash. I can only hope for a response from Holy Joe's camp!

13. I gave another $100 on Friday
because of the hoopla over Gore. Wouldn't it be nice to pick our presidents in this country instead of Gore doing it, or the press, or the Supreme Court. I WANT A VOTE! And I want it without the media filtering or the GOP screeching.

14. I gave
$59 for his birthday on Monday...
I will give another $59 tomorrow morning.
Thanks for giving Joe hell.....
and to tell MSNBC's Tim Curry, F*ck you!
for not including Clark in your F*cked up article....
Here's the article:
http://msnbc.msn.com/id/3710459/

Dear Tom Curry,
You never fail to amaze me! Your article, Saddam's capture could hurt Dean, as well written as it was, contained not a word about the Democratic challenger who will reap the most from Dean's "hurt" during the primaries. I have read your many articles closely, and I will point out that General Wes Clark appeared worthy of a mention in this one, but didn't get it.

General Clark, even according to a UPI story today http://www.upi.com/view.cfm?StoryID=20031214-034719-3471r, stands the best chance of benefiting from Dean's overall approach to the Iraq war now that Saddam has been captured. As Bush gets stronger in the polls from this event, the Democrats will need to a strong challenger in the exact area that the Republicans will hail as "the Bush leadership and strength appeal" in his foreign policy achievements.

Wes Clark is still 2nd in many national polls, and appears to be gaining in New Hampshire. He is also slated to raise the most money after Howard Dean. He also has the most direct foreign policy experience of all of the candidates. The last time you corresponded with me, you justified your endless reporting on Howard Dean due to factors such as Polls and Fundraising. But it seems that today you have changed your criteria, and Gephardt, Kerry, Edwards and Lieberman are all deserving of mention in this story, but no Clark. I guess Wes Clark, once again, lacked whatever it would takes according to your evolving standards to be included. Most appalling, is that you even wrote about the Molosovic trial going on in the Hague in this story, but failed to take notice that Clark is there now, testifying against him. Could this omission be accidental? Since most active progressive political individuals tend to listen and read more than one news source, your omission is tellingly glaring.

I would really appreciated it if you could explain, so that even I could understand.
Respectfully,

19. Yes
They won't allow his testimony to be live and in public. Moreover, the demand the right to edit the transcript before it is made public.

Horrid.

No doubt there are a dozen DU Clark Haters eager to show how this proves Clark is a war-criminal PNAC drone. Ugh.
