Has Condi Rice resigned yet?

Pardon me for asking, but I slept in this morning. I'm watching McLaughlin on tape, and they keep laying all of the blame at her feet. (well Ok, Tony Blankley keeps saying that the issues will be gone in one month, as he did one week ago, and two weeks ago...)
Personally, I think Condi, Rummy, and Cheney all insisted that the sixteen words be included in the SOTU speech, even thought the intelligence community was united in their believe that the accusations were baseless. I think they'll make Condi the fall guy in order to try and save Cheney's hide.
