By contrast, "An Amazing Adventure" - a memoir of the 2000 Gore-Lieberman campaign by Lieberman and his wife, Hadassah - has sold just 2,000 since its January release, according to Nielsen Bookspan, which tracks 70% of the retail market.
Since they arrived in October, Wesley Clark's "Winning Modern War," a look at the Iraq conflict, has sold more than 11,000 copies, while Sen. John Kerry's "A Call to Service" has sold just 1,500, Bookspan said.
Dean's frontrunner status is reflected in the 75,000-copy printing for "Winning Back America" - a paperback priced at a student-friendly $11.95.
