Don't get my hopes up!
Don't get my hopes to high up. I really want Bush to to go down.

I clearly remember having a really bad dream in the Summer of '00, where Bush had just won the election. I woke up and was like whewww, Clinton's still president...Just a few months later, the day after Gore conceded the election, I woke up with a horrible feeling of dread, the likes of which would not be felt until 9/11...

Our goal is pretty simple. That is having the Dixie Chicks play at the inaugral ball! (I don't even care for their music, but God would it be great to rub that in the right wingers faces). Of course we'd also have Bruce Springstein, and pretty much every other big artist there as well.

Really, C'mon if we won, how much better would it be than having those three sing at the ball?

I'm kinda rambling but I'm sorta happy cuz I was got in touch with a buddy of mine from HS, and while I avoided politics as long as possible (I figured he was somewhat conservative, as he had gone to a southern religious college and majored in theology...also I remember him not liking McCain once in '00), but we were talking about religion, and another religious friend of our's, and my buddy asked "oh does he support abortion clinic bombers?" (kinda sarcastic but funny). Another one of my friends finally blurted out and asked him "do you think Bush is doing a good job?". My friend's answer sorta suprised me. He said, "no not really...he's not the worst, but definetely not the best...Clinton was probably a lot better, because he was so smart"...Hmm, later we also discussed the war and he told me how he has a friend there and how he hates it there...

Well, I knew my friend was smart, but it's nice to know he didn't become a freeper...Haha
