if you can do animation/flash/gif etc...

first use the baghdad bob photo, make his mouth move... saying "yadda yadda yadda, we have the americans on the run, we are winning...yadda yadda yadda..."

then slowly replace "bob"'s face with the whistleass (but keep the beret) - saying "yadda yadda yadda, we have the terrorists on the run, we are winning...yadda yadda yadda..."
