WTF ever happened to personal responsibility? Bush studied that speech word by word, he knew it was a lie. Why isn't he responsible for the words that come out of his mouth? That is what matters. Mr. Joseph has a superior who was an appointed WH cabinet official. In order to override CIA oversight, Mr. Joseph would have to be someone other than a rogue element. They can't just pin it on this guy.
