IMHO, it is pretty simple, NO ONE is ABOVE THE LAW.
I watched Senator Leahy today say the same and I wondered, why are these Representatives of ours not removing these criminals right now?

Why are they debating anything but this? Why are they not making this the only issue to be addressed at this time? The President of the US admitted to breaking the law of the US Constitution, violating his oath of office.

I'm at a loss.

In my heart, I do believe this is truly a crisis.

Bush admitted to a crime. He swore a oath to uphold the Constitution of the US. Bush and those in his administration have broken with that oath.
This is the only issue the House and the Senate should be addressing.

And god knows Bush wants that. And anyone with any doubt that cheney wants a dictatorship should look at a really nice bridge I have for sell.
