So, Bush* blames Tommy Franks by name for lack of
troop strength at the onset of the Iraq conflict. Wasn't Rummie ultimately going to be credited for going into Baghdad "lean and mean?"

More finger-pointing, name calling and blaming - Bush and friends never take responsibility.

1. The general who called for more troops was fired
I believe, and then all the other generals just said, "Yes, Massa, whatever you want Massa" after that.

3. lol
right you are. And, of course, he said, we went in with too many troops at first. It's hard to speak with conviction when you speak no truth.

5. Time to find a victim
Nothing is his fault.

OK, here's a serious question. Chimpy accepted responsibility for Katrina, and for acting on bad intel. What, exactly, does "accepting responsibility" imply?

Just kidding. We all know the answer to that one.

8. And Another Thing
When does "we didn't lie, we're just incompetent" stop becoming a valid excuse? Katrina, Iraq, 9/11, the economy, etc. They didn't lie to us, they just don't know what they're doing. That's supposed to be a good excuse?
