2. How Would Jay Know If Bob Didn't?

Former Sen. Bob Graham, D-Fla., who chaired the Senate Intelligence Committee in 2002, said he wasn't informed of the domestic surveillance program. In an interview, Graham recalled a 2002 meeting in Vice President Dick Cheney's office about a far more narrow plan by the National Security Agency to intercept communications from outside the United States to other foreign destinations that rely on U.S. satellite links.

3. I saw a report yesterday, that said Jay knew about it, but that due

to security matters he was not allowed, by law, to tell what he knew. I don't know if he can talk now that the cat is out of the bag or not. The report I heard, said that Jay knew about it last year. I'm sure I heard it on CNN.

I'm like you, shocked and mad as Hell! DAMN! And I'll bet the spies are busy doing the ENRON shred about now, IF, there are any documents to be examined. I expected this kind of thing, but still, I'm numbed by it!
