give a reasonable sum to each of the poor folks who lost everything, especially the ones who lost their homes because many will not be able to rebuild and most of who will in the end loose their property also. Thats what I'm thinking anyway, add a little to my tax burden, no problem, lets just do whats right by these victims of nature and government mismanagement. I think they have suffered enough.
