shuts it down at a reasonable hour. You can only hear the music on the radio. They transmit on a low frequency (FM) band, I think.

They turn the lights off at 10

and the music is only available by tuning your radio to whatever frequency it is (96.7 FM or something like that).

So aside from the light pollution, and the traffic, it wouldn't be that bad. Not like they're cranking the music.
