After all, that's the logic the U.S. used for over a decade against the Iraqis, right? Make the innocent suffer-- and die-- until they revolt against their leader? If U.S. soldiers can't get basic supplies like toothpaste and body armour, maybe they'll be less inclined to support war-mongering republican candidates next election.
