Trafficant at least supported the little guy. He was pretty beloved in Youngstown, which may as well be Boston compared to Schmidt's district in Cincinnati.

I heard she was getting good play on the wingnut airwaves, too, but at work tonight, even the most Republican of my coworkers were completely embarrassed by her, and the attention she's brought upon the area she represents.

Best thing to come out of it, for me? The entire country now understands how Hackett campaigners suffered under Jean's insistence on constant patriotic garb. She must own hundreds of stars-n-stripes scrunchies.
