This was discussed, the Pardon. A good point to ponder as a long shot would be the thought that a Pardon in itself is an Obstruction to Justice. :scared:

He's not up for re-election, and couldn't care less about the future of the Republican party as long as he doesn't have to admit any of his choices were wrong. His own meglomania comes first and to hell with everything and everyone else.
