31. Larry King is hardly right wing

He may ask wimpy and non-confrontational questions especially in recent years but trust me his political philosophies are liberal. I used to listen to his nightly radio shows in Miami in the '70s and a couple of the other members of the station used to chide him on being so liberal.

A couple of years ago Laura Ingraham was on his show and Larry King said something like, "we've got two liberals and two conservatives on this panel." Ingraham immediately cut him off and said, "what do you mean, two liberals? What about you, Larry? We've got three liberals on this show." King was obviously flustered at the awkward moment. He said, "Laura, I'm trying to be fair." That was basically an admittance he is still liberal. I'm sure the people he socializes with know his political views but on the air I agree he generally doesn't come across as anything threatening liberal.
