Why is the last page of the Abu Ghraib photo release order...missing?

This is weird.

The last page of the Judge Joseph Hellerstein's order in the ACLU vs. DOD case is blank. The order leaves off at:

It even caused problems with Photoshop, but was easy make after doing a screen shot. :)
