Ben Stein: Fitzgerald is a Thug
Just when I thought it wasn't possible to hate this man anymore than I already do.

Stein on Fucker Carlson's asinine program:

"That is just standard business as usual. It is standard business as usual to pass out leaks to reporters in Washington. This prosecuting business as usual in Washington is just a way to break the political process down, and make it into an illegal, criminal process. It doesn‘t have any role in the Constitution. This guy is a thug. This Fitzgerald is a thug."

10. He was Nixon's speech writer before he was an actor
He is one of those evil geniuses, in league with Rove and Cheney.

Gang shootings are business as usual too, doesn't mean it's legal or morally correct, let alone ethical.

20. Memorizing large amounts of trivia isn't genius in my book.
If he possesses a gifted intellect at all, he sure is lazy in exercising it. Or, maybe he's just incredibly selfish and on the GOP payroll. Either way, I have no respect for him or his opinion.

28. True. Rote memorization has nothing to do with genius...
His uncanny ability to speak lies and make them sound logical and true is most certainly a trait of an evil genius. Too bad he uses his power for evil. I have no respect for him as a person either. Karma will get him... Karma always gets his man;)

23. And remember during Fitzgerald's news conference where he said
One day he read that he was a Republican hack and the next day he read he was a Democratic hack and all he did in between those two days was sleep. Fitzgerald will see how the Republican party is the most vicious like this guy calling him a thug.

I hope it pisses him off.

It's all so pathetically transparent... Tucker has lost his edge (if he ever HAD one).. Now he's reduced to smarmy guests like Ben Stein.

I have never seen his "show", and doubt that I ever will

17. Who gave that ingorant man a podium?
Oh, Carlson. Does he still have his bowtie? After Jon Stewart mocked him for it, I wondered if he would retire it or continue going on TV looking like a clown.

He thinks he's funny, but in reality, he's just a GOP parrot and a THUG!

32. Well - Pretty much all Ben Stein says is out of the mouths of his masters.
So obviously Rove is worried about Fitzgerald. Thus the attack on Fitz's greatest strengths - his single-minded and a-political search for the truth now is "thugism".

Thanks for clearing that up.
