Extremely credible and interesting reporting from TBRNews
http://tbrnews.nminews.com/articles/2005/11/03/hermosa_beach_news/news10.txt

"Hermosa Beach school officials celebrated an important victory Tuesday morning when a Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge ruled in favor of the School District on all points in a lawsuit filed against it by a group called the Committee for Responsible School Expansion."

<endquote>

That's "The Beach Reporter" brief summary of politics in Hermosa Beach.

You didn't think I meant that OTHER TBRNews, didya?

4. It's not used as a credible source here. It is not allowed in LBN.
But if people want to discuss it in GD or GDP, why not?

10. Why do you hate our freedom?
to discuss TBRNews? I need to know about beach conditions in case I ever take up surfing.

I have a feeling we're about to be bounced into the Lounge.

8. I know your post was not THAT tbr, but I did want to ask my question.
I love reading the other TBR news and I see no problems with discussing it in GD or GDP.

9. Under the new rules...
it might not even be allowed to be linked to. Not sure. Mind you, I wouldn't alert on it (not a stoolie here), but I would call you on the source.

11. TBRNews is very misleading ...
I learned the hard way. I once wrote a long post about the Gannon/Guckert affair. Part of that post cited blogs and TRBNews that said some guy named Todd Blodgett was involved in a prostitution ring. All of the accusations that Blodgett was involved could be traced back to TBRNews.

I continued researching the issue and came across court papers in which The Barnes Review had been sued and Blodgett was a witness.

Turns out Blodgett was a former employee of a TBRNews affiliate.

In other words, TBRNews probably lied to slander an ex-employee. To me that makes them not credible.

I admit that Voice is entertaining, but I don't believe anything they publish as their own work product.

12. The "Voice of the Whitehouse" has lured
a load of people in. Then the anti-Bush articles give it some credibility on the left (although it's worth remembering that the far-right hate Bush with a passion, considering him either a Jewish agent or part of the "New World Order" or both).

The webmaster of TBRNews - Walter Storch (aka Gregory Douglas*) - also took a few scalps on the left with "Regicide", a book on the Kennedy assassination made up of fake documents (a trick he also played with faked documents purporting to be CIA interrogations of Heinrich Mueller). He's also loathed by some on the far-right, including Holocaust revisionist David Irving.

*aka Norwood Burch, Peter Stahl, Samuel Prescott Bush, Christopher Crowles, Bob Sonderby, A. Zackery Mehlis.

Plus I think people don't get the reference to The Barnes Review or Willis Carto himself.
