Latest on Coulter's book figures
BOOK RACE
SCANNED/SOLD
NONFICTION

1. LIVING HISTORY / CLINTON Week: 55,330 YTD: 835,864

2. KATE REMEMBERED / BERG Week: 44,377 YTD: 44,380

3. BENJAMIN FRANKLIN / ISAACSON Week: 42,945 YTD: 72,207

4. TREASON / COULTER Week: 37,533 YTD: 153,166

Looks like it's heading to the bargain bin. It was released 2 weeks after Hillary's and never really surpassed it. The bad right-wing reviews didn't help.

I could have sworn Hillary passed the million mark.

3. This is what Drudge has up
must be current, but I don't know which list it's from – most likely NYT.

8. It's from Neilson Scan...
...same folks who do TV ratings. Drudge uses it because the numbers skew lower and it makes Hillary's book look less of a big seller. Gives freepers ammo to say it DIDN'T sell a million copies.

4. Hate to spoil the party, but distributors are still showing
strong demand. It'll be a while before it's remaindered.

But take heart, lefties: Hillary's book is still showing very strong demand. At the moment, warehouses have JUST enough to keep up with retail demand. If she hits the chat circuit again, look for a reprint soon!

5. What irritates me is the shamelessly propagandic (real word? who knows
way the AOL went stumping for her yesterday. They put up a stupid poll asking if liberal meant traitor...Hello? I fired off a nasty letter saying I didn't need this BS as a $23.90 paying customer...Goodbye AOL,and Ann, and all the rest of you Republican pukes....hello, something else, not sure yet, have to price around...

7. There IS life after AOHELL
I have no idea why I put up with them as long as I did. I started with them because they were the first major service to go unlimited and it was my first computer and I knew I was clueless. I outgrew them very quickly.

I don't need to fatten a right wing CEO while I get overpriced "service" which is slanted towards right wingers and kiddies. That moronic poll you cited is just the tip of the iceberg. Visit some of their news boards or political chats if you want to find out how bad it really is.

Oh, and when you decide to bag them in favor of a cheaper, more reliable service with less porno spam, tell them WHY. Mention that poll.

6. And per the NY Times a lot of her "sales"
are "BULK" buys.

I would place her real sales to people at 75,000 to 90,000. And most people buying her book pre-ordered it.

Another for the dust bins.
